You will need your CMR number to cancel your subscription.

This number is printed on the mailing label of every issue of TapeOp like this:

If you do not know this number:

• Look at your latest issue of TapeOp.
• Use the form at the bottom of this page to have it emailed to you.

If you do not know your CMR number and/or have a valid email on file with us your subscription will be cancelled.
